Greens are important ingredients to ensure proper cell detoxification and alkalize your system. It's sunshine in a bottle; releasing important phytonutrients. We love our greens because they are packed with powerful nutrients for healthy digestive systems, nails, skin, hair, and teeth.

Celery: very alkaline and hydrating vegetable packed with vitamin C and filled with fiber.
Cilantro: this anti-inflammatory herb has loads of vitamin K.
Collards: have toxin fighters, and are high in vitamins and minerals.
Cucumber: high-water content and good source of vitamin B.
Kale: is a top powerhouse food! It has a ton of calcium, vitamin C and A, protein and beta-carotene.
Prickly Pear Cactus: it's known for its anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. And, can help treat a hangover!
Romaine: this mineral-rich, protein packed leafy green has calcium and omega-3s.
Serrano: a type of chili that's actually beneficial for stomach health.
Spinach: great source of vitamin K, magnesium, iron and folate, protein and important phytochemicals.

These vibrant root veggies give you a sense of calm and clear your body and mind; making us feel physically and mentally grounded, increase our stability, stamina and endurance.

Jicama: this starchy root has a healthy amount of magnesium, copper, iron and antioxidants.
Carrots: have an abundance of beta-carotene that gives it its bright orange color.
Beets: are a rich source of vitamin B-Complex, anti-aging antioxidants, and potassium.
Yams: provide plenty of vitamin B6, C and A. They are sweet, but have a low glycemic index, meaning they raise your blood sugar more slowly.
Pumpkin: packed with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. They are high in beta-carotene that convert into vitamin A and 1 cup of cooked pumpkin has more refueling nutrient potassium than a banana.

Apple: rich in fiber and vitamin C; also tartly sweetens our juices.
Banana: high source of iron, coat your stomach to prevent ulcers, have vitamin B6 to help sleeplessness and irritability.
Coconut Meat: has omega-6 fatty acids, helps fight off bacteria, supports your thyroid and is great for your skin, hair and nails.
Grapefruit: curbs hunger and keep your skin firm.
Green Grapes:  good source of vitamin-C, vitamin A, vitamin K, carotenes, B-complex vitamins such as pyridoxine, riboflavin, and thiamin.
Pear: has a ton of beneficial vitamins and minerals, folic acid, copper, potassium and niacin.
Pineapple: a delicious source of bromelain, an enzyme that helps break down proteins to help feed your muscles.
Lemon: a natural acidifier and stimulate the digestive system. Plus, they add a dimension of tangy flavor to our organic, cold-pressed juice.
Lime: zesty flavor enhancing vitamin C puncher.
Orange: this tropical fruit is packed with vitamins A, B and lots of C.
